Available shipping rates and fees are determined by the perishability of the product/s in your order as well as rate. Please reference the table below:

Monday / Tuesday Delivery 

To avoid weekend transit and ensure product quality, orders of perishable products cannot be scheduled for Monday delivery. If you order a perishable item Friday thru Sunday of any given week, it may not ship until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. 


Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States, excluding APOs, at this time.

If you need to cancel your order, you need to do so before it leaves our facility. Please contact Customer Service at to begin the cancellation process.

For cancelled orders, you can choose to receive store credit or have the funds returned to your original form of payment.



While we always strive to deliver the best of the best, there are times where things happen and a claim for a refund or exchange needs to be made. Please refer to our claim policies here.



We are dedicated to ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of every order and are constantly researching and improving our specialized packaging system. 

Perishable foods are optimally packed and temperature controlled with kraft void fill and non-toxic refrigerant gel packs. To further contain temperature escalation, we fill any empty space with specialized foam to minimize air circulation. Please join our efforts to be mindful of our environment and extend the life-cycle of our packaging, by reusing the gel packs to keep your next picnic or road trip fare cool.

Please note: Our products are always shipped so they will arrive at your door in optimal condition. Whenever possible - such as in periods of cooler ambient temperatures - we try to use less packaging, more recyclable materials and avoid unnecessary shipping waste. 



Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?

We can only ship non-perishable items to APO/FPO addresses. As these areas are served by the U.S. Postal Service and an exact delivery date is not guaranteed, shipping perishable items risks the chance of spoilage. 


Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

No at this time, multiple addresses is not available. As a work around, please place multiple orders with the various shipping addresses.


Can I delay the shipment of my order?

When will my subscription box be delivered?

Your first box will ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Subsequent boxes will ship around the middle of the month for arrival between the 16th - 25th. If you haven’t received your box by the 26th, please feel free to follow up with us at


When will my order arrive?

We try to get all orders out the door as fast as we possibly can, and typically this means 1 business day to process. Around major holidays, things may take a little bit longer i.e. up to 3 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Please note that in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update and show movement. 

We use FedEx, UPS, & USPS to ship all of our packages. Average Standard shipping times, according to FedEx, are listed below. Please note that it is possible for things to take longer in the event of inclement weather.
