We guarantee the quality of the products we sell.  While we always strive to deliver the best of the best, there are times where things happen and a claim for a refund or exchange needs to be made.

SHIPPING RELATED CLAIMS

Any item/s that you consider unsatisfactory due to a shipping-related issue will be replaced or refunded upon your request, without hassle, when you notify us to the details of the problem within 3 business days of having received your order.


Please note: Items must meet the conditions outlined below 


Shelf-Stable (non-perishable) Items

We guarantee that any non-perishable product you receive from Matter of Taste will be of high quality and in top physical condition (without any temperature constraint).


Perishables & Frozen Items

Assuming ambient delivery location temperatures of below 95 degrees Fahrenheit*, we guarantee that any perishable and/or frozen product you receive from Matter of Taste will be of high quality and in top physical condition. 

*Claims made on orders of perishable / frozen products when temperatures are above 95 degrees Fahrenheit are handled on a case-by-case basis. 



QUALITY RELATED CLAIMS

Any item still within its expiration period is guaranteed to be of high quality and consistent with its description on our website until the time you open it or a maximum of 15 days from the time you receive your order. 



CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Please contact our Customer Service team at support@matteroftaste.co to begin the claims process. Please let us know if you would like an exchange or refund for your item/s. Depending on the product, we may or may not require you to return it to receive credit. Our goal is to process your return request as quickly as possible. Shop with confidence at Matter of Taste.
